Cell Works, Inc. to Offer Key Cancer Patents
BIOMEDICAL PATENTS AND TRADEMARKS IN AUCTION FAIR
Reno, NV - July 16, 2007 - IpAuctions Inc. has a major auction program of over 30 cancer and other medical patents beginning July 17th. Six U.S. medical patents are for sale, including one associated with a liver cancer therapeutic drug that has already been granted orphan drug status by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Original Pony Express® Trademarks To Be Auctioned
First Use of These Marks Traced Back To 1860
April 2, 2007 (Reno, NV) - Six trademarks including designs of the first Pony Express riders are being sold at auction by their current owner, Pony Express Worldwide, L.L.C. of Miami Beach, Florida. "These trademarks have been part of America's early history when the west was growing rapidly and a group of brave riders delivered America's mail and documents' from St. Joseph, Missouri to Sacramento, California," according to Fred Speigel, the CEO of Pony Express Worldwide. These marks and designs have been assembled over a period of years," he added.
This prestigious auction will be held online beginning April 23, 2007.
