DOT COM PATENTS BRING $101,000 AT AUCTION
RENO, NV - July 30, 2005 — Over ten patents and patent applications and several trademarks belonging to Megaxess, Inc, a Germantown, MD, a U.S-based maker of products to eliminate network downtime, were auctioned online. The sale ended July 23, 2005. As a result of a Chapter 7 filing, the US Bankruptcy Court, District of Maryland, has ordered the sale of Megaxess, Inc.’s intellectual property.

UNLV TO AUCTION PATENT FOR PREDICTING EFFICACY OF ANTI-CANCER DRUGS

Fain III, a consultant to UNLV Research Foundation, “This invention was discovered by three researchers at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), Dr. William L. Rust, Dr. Janice L. Huff, and George E. Plopper. Upon taking legal assignment of the intellectual property, UNLV successfully prosecuted and was awarded the patent in 2002.” The invention teaches a method for measuring both the anti-migratory and cytotoxic effects of anticancer drugs on cancer tissues measuring the chemosensitivity of human biopsies to therapeutic drugs.

ipAuctions To Conduct Online Auction for HardwareStreet.com Patents
Reno, NV – March 3, 2003 – ipAuctions Inc., the intellectual property auction company, announces the upcoming auction of HardwareStreet.com’s intellectual property. As a result of Chapter 7 filing, the US Bankruptcy Court has ordered the sale of several patents, trademarks, and the customer file of the former Nevada based “dot.com” hardware and software Internet firm. The firm’s parent company, (OTC:NSDR.OB ) filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy for the subsidiary in May 2001.
The sale will include several patents covering commercial trade on the Internet, trademarks and a 100,000 buyer customer file. The firm had revenues of over $25 million, when InsiderStreet.com acquired it in July of 2000.
The auction is live on ipAuctions Inc. website, www.ipAuctions.com, and will end on March 7, 2003 5:00 PM (PST). There are additional auctions up-coming on ipAuctions’ calendar. Patents, trademarks, and domain names relating to downloading of software from the former Test Drive Corporation are planned in the next month.
